Vektra is a Discord bot built for music labels, collectives, and A&R teams who need a clean way to collect demos, review submissions, manage staff notes, and stay in touch with artists - all from inside Discord.

Pro servers can also use the Vektra dashboard to review submissions, manage tickets, submit release requests, edit branding, change storage, post panels, and view analytics from the web. Pro+ servers can host a white-label bot identity from the dashboard.

How it works

Artists submit demos through a Discord form. Your staff receives a private submission card with Approve, Reject, and DM buttons. Each submission can open a private staff thread where decisions, notes, DMs, and release logs stay attached to the right ticket.

Servers can also use Vektra as a private support-ticket tool - users click a public ticket button, and the actual ticket appears in a staff-only channel. Server admins can also submit release requests for Vektra QC before Labelcaster delivery.
